  • For designs that are pre-made or modified with your details: We do not send mockups before production. These designs will have your details (such as names, dates, and colors) replaced, but the overall design remains as shown. Please double-check the details before submitting your order to avoid any mistakes.

5. What should I do if my image is blurry or low-quality?

We are not responsible for any images that are blurry, pixelated, or hard to see. To ensure the best results, please upload a high-resolution image (at least 300 DPI) for the best print quality. If we upload the image for you, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the image provided.
